Ingredientes
  

  • 500 g amadumbe tubers, washed and peeled
  • water (enough to cover tubers)
  • sal al gusto
  • butter or oil for flavor (Optional)

Instrucciones
 

  • Place the amadumbe in a pot and cover with water.
  • Add a pinch of salt and bring to a boil.
  • Reduce heat and simmer for 20–30 minutes, until tender when pierced with a fork.
  • Drain the water.
  • Serve as is, or toss lightly with butter or oil.
