Chicken Dust
Chicken Dust. Follow this simple method to recreate a beloved classic at home.
Ingrédients
- 2 tbsp chicken spice
- 1 tbsp paprika
- 1 tbsp BBQ spice
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp dried parsley
- 1 tsp brown sugar
- ½ tsp cumin
- ½ tsp turmeric (optional, for colour)
- 1 crushed chicken stock cube
Instructions
- Mix all ingredients together in a bowl.
- Crush any large pieces so the texture is fine and sprinkle-able.
- Store in an airtight jar.
