South African Pancakes with Cinnamon Sugar

- 2 cups cake flour
- 2 cups milk
- 2 tbsp light brown sugar
- 1 tsp kosher salt
- 2 large eggs

In a large bowl, mix the dry ingredients.
Create a well in the center of the dry ingredients. Add the milk and eggs into the well.
Whisk the ingredients together at high speed until smooth and free of lumps.
Pour enough batter into a buttered pan to form a thin layer, cooking pancakes in batches.
