  • 1.5–2 kg pork leg (varkboud)
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp paprika

  • 4 garlic cloves, chopped
  • 1 onion, sliced
  • 1 cup chicken or vegetable stock

  • Preheat the oven to 180°C.
