Ingrediënten
- 2 kopjes spijsverteringszemelen (tarwezemelen)
- 2 kopjes cakemeel
- 2 tsp zuiveringszout
- 1 tsp bakpoeder
- ½ tsp zout
- 1 kopje bruine suiker
- 2 grote eieren
- ½ kopje olie (zonnebloem of canola)
- 2 kopjes karnemelk
- 1 kopje rozijnen of gehakte dadels (optioneel)
Instructies
- Verwarm de oven voor op 180°C en vet een muffinbakblik in of bekleed het.
- Zeef in een grote kom de bloem, bicarbonaat, bakpoeder, zout en suiker. Roer de zemelen erdoor.
- Klop in een andere kom de eieren, olie en karnemelk door elkaar.
- Voeg de natte en droge ingrediënten samen en meng voorzichtig tot het net gecombineerd is. Spatel de rozijnen of dadels erdoor als je ze gebruikt.
- Schep in muffinvormpjes en vul ze voor ongeveer tweederde.
- Bak 20-25 minuten tot ze gerezen en goudbruin zijn. Test met een satéprikker - de prikker moet er schoon uitkomen.
- Laat iets afkoelen voor het opdienen.
