  • 2 teentjes knoflook, fijngehakt
  • 2 el butter or oil
  • 1 medium carrot, diced
  • 1 stalk celery, diced
  • 1 potato, peeled and diced
  • 750 ml chicken or vegetable stock
  • 250 ml milk or cream
  • salt and black pepper to taste
  • fresh parsley or chives, chopped (for garnish)

Instructies
 

  • Heat the butter or oil in a large pot over medium heat. Sauté onion and garlic until soft and fragrant.
