Ingredientes
  

  • 1.5 kg trozos de rabo de toro
  • 2 cucharada harina
  • 2 cucharada aceite
  • 1 cebolla grande picada
  • 2 zanahorias picadas
  • 2 tallos de apio picados
  • 3 dientes de ajo picados
  • 2 cucharada pasta de tomate
  • 2 tazas caldo de carne
  • 1 taza vino tinto (opcional, o sustituir por stock)
  • 2 hojas de laurel
  • 1 cucharadita tomillo seco
  • 1 cucharadita sal
  • ½ cucharadita pimienta negra
  • 2 patatas medianas, picadas (opcional)

Elaboración paso a paso
 

  • Pasar el rabo de toro por harina y salpimentar.
  • Calentar el aceite en una olla grande y dorar el rabo de toro por todos los lados. Retirar y reservar.
